For 3 days every week the price would be paid monthly, £650 per month.
Ancoats, Manchester, next to Holt Town tram stop, about halfway between the city centre and the Etihad Stadium, about a 15 minute walk from Piccadilly.
On-street parking immediately outside, subject to availability. Residents-only due to the nearby arena and football ground (studio uses permits for guests and will be included). When none is available there is free parking a couple of minutes walk away next to the tram stop.Access
Studio on top floor, served by a large goods lift with direct loading from car/van for easy access.
Dual key-coded doors to get through at the building entrance.
Shared bathroom on same (top) floor.
All the other facilities – coffee machine, brew station, microwave, fridge etc. – are within the studio.
There is a collection of repurposed sea containers next door bustling with small businesses including coffee shop, italian deli, Nashville Hot chicken place etc…. then a short 10 minute walk into Ancoats and you have many other bars/restaurants/coffee shops etc to choose from.
