We were asked to look at this property by an existing client who knows the owners and felt that the position with outbuildings would make a great residential recording studio.

The retired couple who have lived here 38 years are downsizing now that the kids have flown the nest.

Time for a new family to come and enjoy this beautiful home with so much nature around, notably pheasants (who come to feed in the front garden…), barn owls, nesting swans and many other birds.

It’s wonderfully quiet, as it’s far from any major roads or bustling town, however the pretty village of Clare is only a short drive.
