A simple and beautiful 50 sq m recording room equipped with a magnificent Steinway Model D at one end and the control room area at the other.

Surroundings

The property, which dates back to the 17th Century, is a locally famous structure – an old essential oil extraction laboratory where medicinal plants are grown – situated within an ancient chestnut forest among streams and wild herbs.

The 3 hectares private land surrounding the house is entirely available to guests and contains many ancient fruit plants, lavender, blueberries and a medicinal herbs & hemp garden.

The woodland terrace offers sublime untouched silence.

Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are within walking distance 0.5km and the farm is producing seasonal vegetables almost all year round.

Accommodation

The building has recently been renovated and equipped with all comforts and features a solarium terrace with a spectacular view of the lake.

It is self-catering and can host up to 6 people.
